Telengana wave gives fresh breath to KPP, KLO for Kamtapur movement

SILIGURI: Stringent government pressure and tactical political activities, under both of these, the fierce movement of Kamtapur Peoples Party(KPP) and militant organization Kamtapur Liberation Organization(KLO) for separate Kamtapur state comprising northern Plains of West Bengal went low key a decade back.
